Poem on a metaphorical road. A road that can be used to describe "life" as well as conscious and love. It's a poem that talks to the reader. Contradicts many beliefs but puts a grain of truth in all.
The long road signifies what everyone must cross and no matter what you see you will always keep moving blindly.

Hold on to me

As we travel again

Through this weary land

We've seen before

Let your fear be gone

Cause there is nothing that is wrong

All that we have seen

I beg thee don't ever leave me

We were all we could be

Smiling in the wind

And holding on tight

The stars all aligning in our sights

We watched the roads ahead

We have always lead

As strong as a tree

The people that we choose to see

The road may be rough

But dear you are tough

You never let a bump

Bring you down

The road is long

So sing with me this song

The mountains all around

Covered with snow

The valley of peace

Torn apart by war

We keep on moving

For we cannot stop this tour

The river of glass

Shatters at our will

We touch the many surfaces

And freedom we have killed

This change is everything

We have seen it all

We have no boundaries

We get to stand tall

So come back to me

And let me hold your hand

For one final day

Before we must part our ways

Down this happy long road
