haunting grins and grimace

your elation is my vacation,

there are no limits (to love's nation)

will not stop until arrive, my patient

she enchants with a face

many chances passed, now race

(you let her go, still wear lace)

heal torn wound with delicate swoon

if I could apologize (for pride and vice)

then to realize how damaged our might-

if pursue the option again (then forego gripe)

she makes me light, unburdened (none oppose our right)

open heart string to a graceful being,

apologetic and regret- an old soupy thing

(none can deny how connections cross free)

three years of denial followed by trial's lead

on the verge of a move, a light mood

stupor followed by awkward stooge-

why does romance follow to this day

rude was I, passion decay (moved away)

humility follows me where I lay,

simple wish grows within and may

her heart glow with my epic flow

a prophet of god pours below

"you're nasty" she smirks (wise)

"you're dirty!" (laughing eyes)

none could I pursue, but you

across earth until enamored anew
