The Dreading News:

The doctor’s waiting room was rather busy with patients chatting away and checking themselves I for their appointments via the interactive touch screen. While the receptionists got on with their daily routinely work. Arthur was siting waiting to see his GP Dr Shiva as he had been contacted after having his scan at Colchester General Hospital. But to make matters worse Arthur also suffered from Bipolar Disorder and was on a variety of medications.
While he waited he began to feel rather agitated ad impatient waiting. But despite these worries he had a beautiful wife Michaela and twin sons Darren and Dhillion.
“Come on, come on!” said Arthur rubbing his palms together vigorously.
Then son enough his GP appeared and called out for him. Arthur followed him into his office, and closed the door behind him.
“I’ve receive the results of your brain scan, and I’m sorry to say it’s not good news!” Dr Shiva said.
Arthur was shocked and really didn’t want to hear anymore.
“I’m afraid you have a brain tumour on the left side of your brain, and it’s the size of a large fist!” Dr Shiva explained.
“Is there anything that can be done to treat it?” Arthur asked.
“It’s a huge risk due to your medication and even if the consultant operates there 50/50 percentage chance you’ll live!” Dr Shiva answered.
Arthur tried hard to hold back is emotions.
“So how long do I have roughly to live?” Arthur enquired.
“Six months to a year!” Dr Shiva replied.
He nodded and thanked Dr Shiva and left his office and briskly walked out of the surgery and began to make his journey home. Arthur was feeling many mixed emotions. But now how was he going to break all to his wife and kids and immediate family?
