Run from the heartbeat deep in your chest
Run from the animal state of unrest
Flee from the bloodlust, gnashing your teeth
Flee from the terror and lack of good sleep

Fall to your knees in the light of the moon.
Supplicate, prostrate, beg for a boon
Open your arms to the monsters inside
Unleash the beast in wait in your hide

Run in the moonlight, baring your teeth
Howl like the creature you are underneath
Spill the blood, tear the meat in your claws
For you have the biggest, the sharpest of jaws.
