UNFAIR WILD ROSE-BRIAR Love is like the wild ROSE-BRIAR The wild rose-briar is sweet in the summer Its spring blossoms scent the air Yet wait till winter comes again Who will call this fair?

You used to call me exactly one hundred and sixty-seven times a day But today the phone rings, You put it to your ear without saying hello Despite that I proudly say 'I only used forty-six and saved the rest for you' You still don't reply but I just assume you used up all your words I whisper 'I love you' fifty-two times After that we just remain on the line and count each other's breathes Am getting used to the new world though

Tonight am going to sleep alone on a bed of purity Aloneness will enlarge the walls of my small room Aloneness is going to be the first hygienic measure I will not close the door anymore I will open even the windows And allow the large, frosty air to enter No, no you never did me good Yet am in no angry mood, but soon memories will make my anger boil Now stand aside and give me leave to write my latest will And see that none you deceive of that I leave them till
