Can't go outside

My body itches, every single fiber of it itches, I can’t stand it anymore, so I scratch, I scratch and scratch until the pain goes away. The doctor said that with the pills the pain will go away, lies, ugly lies so that I had to buy those expensive medicines. One pill a day so the pain goes away, yet it doesn’t work, two pills a day so the suffering ends, but it’s still there, three pills a day and all your worries will end, but my body is still irritated, I hate this, so I scratch myself. Months have passed and I can’t still go outside, if inside it feels bad, outside its hell, I rub my body with special chemicals, but the itchiness never ends, there are no more pills, the pain increases, so I continue scratching, I scratch until I bleed, until the pain of bleeding is worse than the pain of blood. I can’t hold it anymore, I can’t go outside and get more medicine, so I go to the kitchen and I grab a knife, and I scratch, I scratch with the knife, the blood is increasing, the itchiness is decreasing, I scratch until my life goes away, and now there’s no more pain, no more itchiness, but now I’m covered in red.
