59 Successful missions and here he was,  annoying mission yet. And he hadn't even started it, not technically.
Zeb sighed "No, I don't have a rewards card," he shifted the black bag on his shoulder as the cashier went on about the benefits of the stores new rewards card. "I don't need a rewards card," Zeb's voice sounded flustered "Please, can i just buy my things and go?"
The man behind the counter flashed him his happy and infuriating smile. "of course, that will be $23.24".
Zeb pulled out his wallet and swiped his card on the payment device.  The device made a buzzing sound and the word error displayed on the screen. Zeb tried again, and again.
Finally the man behind the counter looked up at him and said "Do you have a chip? If you do you have to insert the card."
Zeb growled "you could have told me that sooner." He inserted the card into the reader and waited for what felt like an eternity.
"BUZZ" Zeb glared at the reader, the screen had that telltale error sign. "What now?" he mumbled.
"oh, we only accept visa." the man said with a smile.
