I gaze upon the sky,

watching the last bits of soft bubblegum fade away.

My lips sharing the same familiar shade

stretch into a quick smile.

I admire the beauty it beholds.

As the tiny speckles of light slowly rise into the night sky,

everything else vanishes.

I relax as my mind empties,

and eats away the thoughts which overbear me.

I see the brightness of the famous constellations,

Deneb, Vega, and Altar as they connect

And form into one.

I taste the crisp smokiness of a campfire,

as I inhale the new world that surrounds me.

The sharp ends of grass

brush against my delicate skin

as I consume the show that is broadcasting above me.

I am calm, relaxed, and full of ease.
