Night stalkers stalk in murky light.

Their interests lie at cloistered depths.

Upon their hooks, the guppies bite,

And double down on fishy bets.

The liable expunge themselves

By scrubbing out their visible stains.

Liver spots wash off their lapels.

Blood on the floor goes down the drain.

The wind they blow will urge the flames

To bun down homes that they have let.

Inferno torches all but frames

To stand in place of fires set.
