People sometimes tell me that there's something a bit wrong in my brain,

That everybody's different, but I'm just not the same,

They sent me to a little place with people just like me,

they told me they'd be gentle, and oh so very kind,

but then I soon learned that that was a lie,

men in white coats hooked me up to machines, they told me to laugh,

they told me to scream.

They stabbed me and poked me with needles and knives.

But then they just told me to count to five.

I ripped off the headsets and crumpled their notes, and I stuffed them inside their long white coats.

I hooked them up tight to these loud machines, I told them to laugh, told them to scream,

I stabbed them and poked them with needles and knives, and now I am angry that they told a lie.

So now what I'm saying is that I am fine, I'm happy and well, cause' I'm still alive.

Now, do you feel like you're gonna die? How fun is it? To feel like this?

Welcome to my world.
