My family with the great country cooking
 
My mother makes the best chicken fried steak
 
Fried her own way, and made with mashed potatoes
 
She then mixes the grease and crumbs with milk to make gravy
In the oven she starts to bake rolls
 
Don't forget the side of corn
 
When their done cooking you get a steak with very thick skin
 
So thick you can eat a bowl of it
 
My mother also makes the best biscuts and gravy
 
She uses Pillsbury biscuts, milk, a special sauce, and breakfast sausage
 
You get a very special breakfast moist and filling
