Painfully I must now see,

that you're not here, anymore with me.

How do I breathe?

When it's impossible to cope.

I see you here, I see you there,

and in my tears you're everywhere.

Did you forgive?

Did you love me?

I really hope.

I want to say: "I'm sorry dear", but there's no way, because you're not here.

Return to me, I'm blind without you I cannot see.

My darling please give me your hand,

I love you now, I understand.

Please breathe again, I know now what you meant.

Oh! Please don't leave, don't close your eyes,

just take your hand and muffle my cries

and help prevent, the lonely day you left.

The gun went off and just like that,

I  saw him lie flat on his back.

and beside him, I wish I could've stayed.

My bloody hands covered his wound,

he said my name and died so soon.

a rose that fell, a ring for me, I cannot tell.

His everything to me he gave,

white roses match his lonely grave.

There was no spark,

his eyes became suddenly so dark.

Oh! darling please, just take my hands,

and let this be another chance.

I blame my fate, your death was theft,

I can't unmake the day he left.
