What's your purpose in life?
Have you ever wondered about your purpose in life? Growing up some of us dreamed and talked about becoming firefighters, educationalist- someone who helps others to acquire knowledge, an engineer, chef, and police officer. But because of circumstances in life, we end up doing jobs that change our way of thinking and behaving. Which makes us to then start feeling stressed out, feeling exhausted and forced to put on a happy face at work. You then meet people that are in the same position as you, and with all the personal struggles from home, they try to force a smile, but yet you can see and feel the unhappiness in their laughs and voices. It says a lot about wanting to do a job, it gives you more desire to do it than forcibly trying to do a job to get by. It is never too late to achieve your dreams. Whether you are a teenager or in your 40's and 50's, but you have to challenge yourself and go against all odds to fail because you sometimes have to fail to succeed.
Why I distanced myself from work:
I have my daily struggles, but I quit my job because I have never personally challenged myself, I have never tried reaching for my own dreams in life. You see, although I grew up working with kids, babysitting and so on, and how childish I got whenever I was playing with the kids, don't get me wrong, it was marvelous, and as fun as it was working with them, and getting to see different nationalities, I always knew deep down I was missing something in my life. My purpose in life. And I know that my purpose in life is to find my gift and my own happiness. Growing up I was quite occupied playing a “ secretary role” I was quite fond of wearing glasses too and sitting in front of our computer, and my diary book. That's how I became very interested in reaching into my head, and writing down whatever sentences I could grab hold of. I have always wanted to be a creative writer. And I know that my willingness to achieve my true dreams isn't going to be easy, but knowing that I can do something that leaves me with great satisfaction is my only true Freedom. There is not a day that goes by without me having to write down something, and this just leaves me to believe that this is my calling from God. Therefore, I have to work hard, accept failure and criticism before I can get to the top. It's all about doing a job that makes you happy, and you will never work a day in your life.
Quote by me:
My purpose is my passion
And my passion is writing
And my writing is my way of communicating with the world.

Whenever I see this title 'Purpose of life,' on any form of writing, I always make sure to check it out. Perhaps in hope of finding the answers to my own question. I totally agree with you that we all should make every effort in finding our own purpose in life. I'm glad you found yours. Nice job.
