I am hot all over and frozen solid inside; I am unsteady on my feet, and I cannot blink my eyes

My chest is aching, and my legs won’t stop shaking

It’s impossible to see through the rain in my eyes

What’s happening to me? I can’t function…can’t breathe; my throat’s plugged with my stomach, and I can’t manage a wheeze

I’m rupturing—I’m splitting; I’m coming apart

The pieces are falling—I’ve fractured my heart

It feels like the end has swallowed my world, and I’m being digested, eaten alive

It seems I am burning, being destroyed; I cannot collect the remnants of me
