Tale of Life

Mikail Ali

Oh! Children of Adam, oh mankind,

Wealth beauty pride makes you blind.

Life is very simple; it’s full of happiness,

Desire drowns you in the ocean of sadness.

God has given everything to fulfill our need,

But He has nothing to satisfy our greed.

Let’s make little cut in the budget of desire,

You will feel the life’s beauty and pleasure.

Ye rich why thou are proud, ye poor don’t cry,

Black-white, poor-rich, weak-strong all’ve to die.

This earthly life is very short – it’s temporary,

By doing good deeds here you’ll achieve victory.

You will enter heaven – perpetual place of pleasure,

Else hell with everlasting fire with unfulfilled desire.
