I am just a normal human being, but I love poems. This one is about the spirit that is with every one of us.

Spirit is the most powerful force,

It steers us on our life's course.

It can keep us out of trouble,

A guiding light, keeping us from the rubble.

Spirit is grand,

It is always on hand.

Why don't we tap into it?

And get out of this darkened pit.

Spirit has proven its power

It is known as the invisible sower.

Lighting up our ways,

Giving us life for endless days.

Spiritual life,

Is the opposite of the material.

In it there's no trouble or strife,

It is congenial.

Grab the spirit,

Don't let it go.

Experience all that's in it,

Then you'll know.

It's the spirit, that's the wonder,

It takes you from here to yonder--

To a world where everything's the same,

No identity, no name.
