Night’s vanity and sanity

The stars tried to cheer up the crowd,

 there efforts were fruitless;

people love to act irrational,

 people are foolish.

In the night, the stars went without their star, and

the people without there sanity.

they remembered the way life really is,

They remembered vanity.

The stars cheered when he showed up,

Cheers high and mighty

When the people saw everything wasn’t lost

 they continued there night politely
