WHEN IT COMES TO SETTING AN EXAMPLE, SPECIALLY INNOVATING NEW THINGS AND TAKING INITIATIVES, TAKES US A LOT OF EFFORTS AND COURAGE. WE ALL HAVE VISIONS, MISSIONS AND TO ACCOMPLISH THE SAME WE HAVE GOAL. NOTING CAN BE ACHIEVED SINGLE HANDED.IT’S ALWAYS A TEAM WORK.MANY BRAINS AND EFFORT PUT TOGETHER ACCOMPLISHES THE DESIRED TARGETS, IRRESPECTIVE THAT WE GET DIRECT SUPPORT OR INDIRECT SUPPORT…IT MAY BE AT WORK, WITHIN FRIEND CIRCLE, IN THE FAMILY, OR ANY GROUP AND RELATIONSHIP. WE ALL FEEL THAT IF WE HAVE TO MOVE TOGETHER THAN THERE HAS TO BE SOMEBODY TO INFLUENCE THE GROUP AND MAINTAIN ITS CONDUCIVENESS…AND THAT ONE PERSON WHO TAKES THE RESPONSIBILITY, INITIATIVE AND BECOMES ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE ACTIVITIES OF THE GROUP AND ITS MEMBERS IS ITS LEADER… LEADER MEANS: L- LOYAL, E- EMPOWERING, A-APPROACHABLE, D- DYNAMIC, E- ETHICAL AND R- RECEPTIVE &RESPONSIBLE A PERSON ADAPTABLE TO SEVERAL FACETS AT THE SAME TIME. IT’S THE “SHIP”, THAT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE, I.E. S-SKILL, H-HONESTY, I- INSPIRATION, P- PASSION.

THESE ALL TOGETHER MAKE HIM A LEADER WITH LEADERSHIP. LEADERSHIP MAY BE DEFINED AS AN ABILITY TO BE A LEADER…EVERYONE OF US HAVE A DIFFERENT PERCEPTION OF LEADERSHIP…SOME OF US FEEL THAT GETTING THE WORK DONE MAY BE LEADERSHIP, SOME OF US TRY TO MOTIVATE PEOPLE IN OUR TEAM BEING LEADERS, MANY OF US JUST WISH TO BE INFLUENTIAL BEING LEADERS…..FINALLY WHICHEVER APPROACH WE MAY LIKE TO FOLLOW, ITS ALL ABOUT ACHIEVING OUR GOALS AND TARGETS EFFECTIVELY, EFFICIENTLY WITHIN STIPULATED FRAME OF TIME AND WITH DUE CONDUCIVENESS… I BELIEVE, TO LEAD BETTER WE MUST GIVE UP: THE MFP APPROACH:- “ME FIRST PRIORITY”. WE ALL ARE IN A HABBIT OF KEEPING OUR OWN IDENTITIES AT THE PRIORITY…WHILE WORKING WITH SO MANY PEOPLE IF WE GIVE UP THIS HABBIT IT WOULD HELP US TO LOOK UP TO EVERY GOOD THING IN OUR MEMBERS AND ALLOW THEM FOR INNOVATIONS AT THE SAME TIME APPRECIATING THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS… THE PTB APPROACH:- “PASSING THE BUCK” WE TEND TO TAKE THE CREDIT FOR ALL GOOD THINGS IN LIFE AND PASS THE BLAMES ON SOMEONE ELSE. IF WE START TAKING THE BLAMES ON US THEN WE WOULD BE IN A POSITION TO ACTUALLY FIND REMEDIES TO MANY PROBLEMS AND DIFFICULT SITUATIONS NOT ONLY FOR OURSELVES ALSO FOR OUR NEAR AND DEAR ONES…ITS ALWAYS THE BEST TO PUT YOURSELF IN THE MOST DIFFICULT SITUATION AND THEN FIND AN ANSWER BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT LEADS TO INNOVATIONS. THE TTT APPROACH:- “TALK, TALK, TALK” AS LEADERS WE ALL WANT TO BE HEARD. IF WE TEND TO LISTEN MORE THEN WE WILL BECOME APPROACHABLE…QUICK DECISION MAKERS AND WILL BE ABLE TO ANALYSE THE GRAVITY OF SITUATION AND FOLLOW A MIDDLE PATH. FINALLY, EVEN A MERE PRESENCE OF AN ABLE LEADER MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE TO THE ENTIRE AMBIENCE. PEOPLE AUTOMATICALLY SURRENDER AND HAVE BELIEVABILITY.
