Don't allow such heartache,

To guide your heart astray.

You can't let it slip into darkness,

You've no right to feel this way.

Let your heart love freely,

Do not lock away such pain.

Refuse your heart to suffocate,

Save room to love again.

Avoid your heart to blacken,

For it to lose such faith in all.

Do not let yourself be broken,

Without love you'll slowly fall.

We all want to love,

Everyone wants a kiss.

But a blackened heart from anyone,

It surely wont be missed.

You're stronger than you think,

You're a fighter don't you know?

Your heart can defeat many things,

But cannot love if you let it go.

So i'm asking as your friend,

Begging you just the same.

Believe in you, your own self-worth,

Become a slave to freedom again.
