You walked down the street,

I followed you like a loon,

You stopped under a tree,

I looked up to the moon,

You waved at me,

I waved back you,

You thought something’s wrong,

I assured everything’s good,

You smiled and went,

I followed you back again,

You slipped down the lane,

As it started to rain,

I held you from the back,

And you smiled again,

You thanked me with your sweet tone,

I winked and I turned stone,

You invited for a cup of tea,

I agreed to it happily,

As we crossed each other’s way,

A car rushed down to your way,

You left me all alone,

I cried and mourned,

I didn’t say you then,

But I love you, Amen!
