An event has wiped out nearly a fourth of the human population leaving only two million people. Out of these two million, 25% of the population's children have developed abilities. Unfortunately, most of these abilities are incredibly deadly. The world decided someone must teach these children how to use their abilities. Thus, the Antarctic High School was born.
