I thought my heart replaced you with somebody else,

I thought that I was out of love with you

but I’m still imprisoned in this hell.

I thought I was forgetting everything you meant,

but really I’m not ready and now I just relent.

The night I was with him started just like this,

intertwining eyes and more than just a kiss.

My body turned insensible to his hands and more,

your presence was so tangible that I could not ignore.

I tried to drown my love in the middle of the ocean;

I guess it wasn’t deep enough to cover this emotion.

I can’t take it anymore forgive my weakness please,

I give up I am all yours this love I am ready to release.

I relent! I do give in, darling, look into my eyes,

what do you see? What do you get?

Don’t tell me it’s all lies.

I wouldn’t be confessing if it wasn’t real,

what was it that you did?

How did my heart you steal?

Come on! Relent with me and forget about this place,

you and me were meant to be, can’t you tell from an embrace?

So you should relent, relent into my arms,

what you want is what I need; your heart I will not harm.
