The Shape of Me

I am left of center and remain outside of the circle.

An undefined shape trying to fit into the containers placed upon me.

Others trying to label me as a square; but they are mistaken.

Like a triangle, I can have sharp angles.

Like a parallelogram, I remain distant from others.

A trapezoid who has been put others on a pedestal.

Like an oval, I have been stretched to the limits.

Like a ray I possess infinite possibilities.

Like a line following the path assigned to me.

A diamond in the rough.

A polygon with many sides.

These are the spaces I fill and the shapes I take.
