I don’t deserve this,

And I especially don’t deserve you.

Pulled me out from the dark abyss,

A ray of light to cut through the night.

I’ve said it a thousand times,

I won’t bother repeating myself.

You’re worth more to life than enzymes.

And no joke, you’ve probably saved mine

On the edge of a precipice with no escape,

I don’t jump cause I could never desert you.

I’m not done yet, my future has yet to take its shape,

Can’t let everything you’ve done just waste away.

And I’m always gonna feel the same way,

Even across vast distances of space and time.

Your impact on my life can’t be downplayed,

And no joke, you’ve probably saved mine.
