Among the tender dialog of self expression

Comes the effort that will shape the changing night.

So slow the tender moment melt like candles

And reflect on walls --- cast by light.

Dream of me when dreams are hard to come by

I will offer up some visions of my own

Taste the beads of sweat in the haunting moonlight

Salty- warm --- and laced within a moan.

When the candle dies you’ll still remember

Then the daylight screams into your ears,

"Candles come and go, --- but memories stay

And the loss is always weighed in tears."
