The Ladder

You will sit then crawl then walk. Soon you will stand and climb. Then you will balance.

Take your time - it can't be rushed. The building blocks need to be put in place. Watch others, listen carefully and focus.

Flex your muscles and keep the faith. It will happen sooner or later. This learning takes some time.

With practice you will soon step up to the challenges by yourself. There will be obstacles and you will fail more times than you will win.

You must remember the mistakes. These memories will give you compassion for those who are stuck in their climb. Offer them a hand up.

One step at a time.
