Darkness grows infinitely across the mirrored waters
No shadows or ripples
Only darkness expanding
On a never ending plane

A bug dances on the water
Perhaps even two
As a single fish comes to feed
Breaking the silence
And starting anew

A silence so loud
It creeps through the walls
That are surrounding your emotions
Happiness and all

Tears want to cry
And heart wants to break
But you cannot do such tragedies
For your sisters sake

You get up to leave
Liquid dripping from your bulbus
You frown that you fell again

Fake excuses of emotions
Nothing that's real
Just another thing He wants
So He can come in to steal

Darkness creeps up
Your world goes dim
A tear scars your cheek
It's about to happen again

But then you see it
Amidst all the dark
Such a narrow light
As if it has come to your aid
This calm and everlasting Moonglade

You lie back down and smile.
