As I watch the blades of the fan

spinning by;

I lie awake and begin to cry.

As I wonder what could have drove you away ;

my mind escapes to memory lane.

The smell of spring

lingered in the air.

As the gentle breeze

whispered through your hair;

I tried so hard not to stare.

Bare feet twirling in a field

of clover.

This daydream was a hitman

hiding undercover.

After what every soul

wants to find at night.

A true love

who can make all the wrongs

seem right.

To hold , touch , and feel.

To make every day count.

To make every dream seem real.

Aside are the miles

of anger and fight.

Best to keep forgotten

and live a pure life.

The smell of Autumn

never smelled so crisp.

As we held hands under a

lamented sky;

From a falling star ,

we made a wish.

Our hearts pour into one another.

And harden like cement.

No stranger with gifts of desire,

could take what we have left.

Two sets of bare feet.

Dancing to the sound of thunder.

Our bodies become one.

As we fulfill one another.

Now the onset of winter .

Has became a seclusion.

Being trapped inside with you forever.

Would be my lifetime illusion.

Everything in this world

I longed for such a time.

Now that my heart is yours.

This love is pure as life.
