Cheerleading ranges from chanting, to intense physical activity for sports team motivation, audience entertainment, or competition based upon organized routines. Competitive routines typically range anywhere from one to three minutes, and contain components of tumbling, dance, jumps, cheers, and stunting. Cheerleading originated in the United States, and remains predominantly in America, with an estimated 1.5 million participants in all-star cheerleading.

Drew was a cheerleader. You can call it pom-pom girl too if you want. Actually,... I'm wrong. Cheerleaders have their hands free. On the other hand, pom-pom girls have their hands busy handling their pom-pom. To be more accurate I should say that Drew was a cheerleader AND a pom-pom girl for the Lincoln High School (LHS), California. When she was doing her show with her team of cheerleaders or pom-pom girl, the "Boys on the Side" of the field (baseball) or the pitch (football) wouldn't move a finger watching the girls doing their show instead of going to the toilet, or buying a hot-dog and some beers.

But before being part of the cheerleader team, Drew went through some dark moments. She was part of the "Bad Girls". The girls who smoke, drink, have many boyfriends, and hardly study. Drew grew up in Culver City, and Lincoln High School was "Far From Home". She had "Irreconcilable Differences" with her mother, and left home in a fight. She was young and inexperienced. He head was full of "Wishful Thinking". She had "Never Been Kissed" by a boy. Far away from her family she craved for "Mad Love". She wanted to date the "Best Men", and she got "50 First Dates" with the first 49 men she met. She didn't count "Curious George" cause he was just a curious monkey who was compassionate and clever, with a proficiency in visual art. How did it happen?! Sometimes she would arrange a date over the phone or on a dating site. She didn't realize at the moment some profile pictures were fake.

When she was part of the "Bad Girls" she would do such things as "Riding in Cars with Boys". I said riding in cars with boys! Not riding boys in cars! She was a bad girl, but not as bad as you want her to be. Bad girl doesn't necessarily mean dirty. I "Skipped Parts" cause I don't want her parents to learn about all the "bad" things she did. I'm sure everybody has a few things they don't want their parents to know. So, no "Confessions of a Dangerous Mind". "Lucky You", "Everybody's Fine", everybody's "Going the Distance". No "Firestarter", only a "Big Miracle" for Drew. She became a good girl, a cheerleader, a pom-pom girl... If you go the wrong way, take Drew as a role model, and you'll find the exit. Your life can be full of "Music and Lyrics". You don't have to "Scream" and "Whip it". And if there's "No Place to Hide", don't hide. Show off like Drew, who does it so well for the Lincoln High School.

What does it take to be a happy, optimistic, and a real girl?

"There are so many pressures that are put upon young women. Whatever we can do to alleviate that and help women feel beautiful about who we are inside, which is the only beauty there truly is, is so nice. Let's get down and dirty. Let's be a real girl."

I didn't know that real girls get down and dirty. Well,... once in a while is fine. All the time is bad.

"I guess I do have a childlike sense of fun, and although I still have my dark days, I'm generally an optimistic person. The way things have gone in my life, sure, I could have been a bitter person. But I just find bitter people really un-fun, you know? And who wants to be that person?"

All the bitter people on earth I guess. Hopefully, not me, not you.

"I think happiness is what makes you pretty. Happy people are beautiful. They become like a mirror and they reflect that happiness."

This is just what cheerleaders and pom-pom girls are all about.

"Oh, I love hugging. I wish I was an octopus, so I could hug 10 people at a time!"

Would you like to be hugged by an octopus?! No way! We all prefer to be hugged by a team of pom-pom girls, 10 people at a time.

"Kissing - and I mean like, yummy, smacking kissing - is the most delicious, most beautiful and passionate thing that two people can do, bar none. Better than sex, hands down."

No men would say such thing. When you have a cock, you have to use it.

"So, goodnight Drew. What about becoming a "Charlie's Angels" cheerleader pom-pom girl. That would be awesome!"
