Golden shackles

Liquid gold runs into links

Harder I pour

Hours spent, things adored

Surrounded with thanks

Jubilant for linkage made

Face a beam

Every link another mast

Riches so vast I dream

Catch the wind is what they say

Life supreme

A life one can only ponder

Riches fat have come my way

A mere drop of gold spent

Man servants deliver

Do as I stress

More links bestowed

The grip of success

Strangulation supressed

With every link

My measure grows

Received with grace

Admiration observing

Another link will win the race

More wealth have meaning

Links a many

Golden links are what they see

Golden shackles own me

Freedoms cry so far away

Rid these shackles

Made from toile

Gold paint I used but now you spoil

The things I cherished material so dear

A lonely life promised

Full of fear

These golden shackles so sun

Blister feast

Turn and run

A stripped horizon

Precious naked bliss a yonder

A maar so flat it makes one wonder

Simplicity rampant

Shackles a bind

Things a must

Succulent snares entranced

Golden shackles held in place

Golden dome full and lush

The many fail to see me push

Push for less as I desire

A simple life not for hire

Walk along no shoes on feet

Rid first-rate deceit

Strip away bonds I pay

A humble life

My way

Smash the governor

Mock you will

Have it all

The gold can spill

Walk away don’t look back

First-rate can spoil

Golden shackles sacked

Keep um all.
