" Come on come on COME ON!" Kaya clasped her hands together and squished her eyes closed as she flipped the light switch A faint light popped out of the bulb then died out again...... for the 58th time. "Kaya will you stop our small apartment can't handle it!" mother said wistfully. When mother left Kaya redid it..... the power went out. "KAYA!" "Sorry mom!" Kaya yelled into the lifeless microphone she sighed her dream was to finally open a stage where she could performe.

Today: Tuesday 3:05 AM

Kaya pulled out four pieces of driftwood out of the lake that day. Mother wouldn't approve if she came home with that so Kaya put it in the park. Day after day Kaya had a stage or really just slabs of wood held together with mud. She wanted to show the world her stage her home had no computer. The school only lets students use the computers and there was no other place with computers except the wealthy people. Kaya spent day feeling quesey and sick she would rob the school. Kaya snuck quietly into Mr. J's house. His daughter had a uniform she would just borrow it. The outfit was ichy and small but it was good enough. She snuck into the computer lab for she had stolen a child's flash drive she begin to type:

She slipped everything back with only the slightest tear in Mr J's daughter's sweater.

Friday 16 Show Night

Kaya waited hours nobody came until a van with 20 people emerged and than more and more people came. Kaya's happy tears fell on stage as she welcomed everyone. After multiple people sang to music a cop appeared and forced his way to the front and stood on the stage interuptign a little girl singing a song about teddy bears. He pushed Kaya to ground and yelled out " No poor girl makes money, leave this everyone leave now!" "No!" the little girl said firmly the cop kneeled down to her heit and picked her up "LEAVE THIS TO THE LAW!" screamed at her. She started to cry and he threw her into the grass below. People started helping the girl up as the cop turned to Kaya. She reached for the microphone and yelled "POOR BE FREE! POOR BE FREE! POOR BE FREE!" soon the audience joined in "POOR BE FREE! POOR BE FREE!" they chanted the police man backed up just as his disquise fell from him " Mr. J!" she exclaimed.
