It was 05:45pm when the sea was a roaring lion and the sun was a pray trapped between it's jaws and was slowly being devoured. There was a cry of terror from the village of kordowa. It was a young mother who was trying to endure the pain of labour. I recalled hearing the doctor saying, push! push! I also recalled her face in great distress. Tears were flowing like a fountain down her rosey red cheeks. In this horrible state she screamed at the top of her voice,"I can't!" The doctor replied to her with a more louder and deeper voice,"yes you can!" In a flash there was a stammering cry, so soft and humble, a new life cried. What a great relief it was for that young woman. S Has she wrapped that innocent life so tightly in her arms, a vibrant smile lit up her face when their eyes made four. I stood laughing with great joy as I saw this precious site. I stretched my arms to welcome this new life for it was my new baby sister. I would never forget that marvelous day.
