In an infinite darkness
Covered by sadness and rain
I watched over you
I watched as you were in pain

In two separate rooms
Where you have lost all hope
I watched the blade become your friend
I watched your tears become notes

In a web
You were caught
I watched you try to escape
I watched as you became dark

In a dark cave
Where our heads shined the light
I watched you laugh anxiously
I watched your search for life

In the heat of battle
Our movements exchanging blows
I watched you struggle for strength
I watched your efforts grow

In a winters war
Colder than any have seen
I watched you grow stronger
I watched you find meaning

Now I can see you again
After so much time
You've unlocked the door to me
And I promise I won't let others in

This time I'll show you that I care
I'll tell you I'll be here
I won't destroy you once again
You can trust me deer

I missed your contagious laughter
And your smile that glows
Also those hours of conversation
When we had no clue where the road goes

And now I stand before you
Handing out my hearts trigger
Because you're my family
My one and only little sister
