Haemorrhage Of Sense.

I feel like I’m a witness to a haemorrhage of sense,

where all the people leading are acting oh, so dense;

where stupid is as stupid does, let’s see who’s the biggest fool

that can send us to a winter that will be so long and cool.

They’re taunting, and they’re flaunting, throwing out a dare;

risking every one of us, but don’t think that they’ll care,

they’re inflating their own egos with their military might,

and stroking their deluded minds with nuclear delight.

I’m not expecting sanity for they’re all clearly mad

to send us on a journey that will end up being sad;

none of them will back down now, or worse still, loose face,

they’d rather stay victorious and sacrifice this place.

The planet is in danger, mankind’s survival is in doubt,

just another victim when all reason’s bleeding out.
