This story began on the year 2022 on planet Earth where the air was so polluted that people needed to wear masks to get out of their homes and a massive hurricane had just passed which led to mayor flooding. Our story focuses on a teenage girl named Rem, she had long brown locks, green eyes and a slightly muscular built. She was looking out her window at the chaos and misfortune caused by the hurricane, beautiful trees had fallen, homes were destroyed and those left behind.. didn't have much longer. A gust of wind forces open the window and brings flying some kind of shining shadow. Rem is petrified with fear but then comes to the conclusion that this is just a hallucination. The shadow then ceased to shine and became a human-like creature with long curved horns. Then the expressionless creature sits down on thin air and begins speaking on a neutral tone "Is this it? Are you going to die like this, without serving any purpose just like an extra on some tragic movie?" Rem stays quiet not knowing how to answer to what he just said. "Oh I didn't introduce myself yet! My name is Uric and I am what you humans would call a god.” Said Uric(the human-like creature). Rem answers with a “ok..” Which annoyed Uric but he wanted to give a chance to this girl who seemed to have lost all hope, but also wanted a rest from his tiring duties. “How about we make a deal?” Said Uric with a grin in his face. Rem looks up at him and with teary eyes and says, “I have nothing more to lose..”-Uric interrupts-  "Very well then, how about you take my place? You have five years to fix things" Rem doesn't really get what he is saying and tries to speak but she is interrupted again. "The cost of the crown is more than what any human can endure. You have to be completely selfless, you need to care, be kind to those who are not and give chances to those who don't deserve them... Every generation, every single one, gets worst than the previous one... humans have damaged the beautiful Earth, the planet that we gods put the most effort into creating, the only one we gave the gift of life. If you can do the job correctly then you can go back to your normal life as a human but if you don't... then you will live eternally as a god." Said Uric on a neutral tone. Rem didn’t really find anything wrong with being a god, in fact she thought that would be amazing and agreed to the deal without a second thought. Uric was surprised by her stubbornness and opened the window. Another three shadows came flying through the window. “Those are Night Angels, beautiful creatures who appear only in dreams, to guide those who believe, those who care and those who listen. They will keep you company for as long as you are a god.” Said Uric before disappearing  into the night. “Wait..!” Said Rem, but Uric was nowhere in sight. The Night Angels then proceeded to introduce themselves, "My name is Kearu, i am the Night Angel of hope" "I am Lethena the Night Angel of kindness" "And i'm Inka the Night Angel of forgiveness." Said three peculiar looking but beautiful human-like creatures, Kearu had huge golden wings, Lethena had ears and tail that resembled those of a deer and Inka appeared to have blue scales covering part of her body. A few days later, the hurricane ended and  life went by, as if nothing had happened for the rest of the world but for Rem things were getting out of hand. After living as a god for a few days, Rem soon realized what Uric meant by telling her to  ‘fix things’, the human word was getting more corrupted by the day. Rem and the Night Angels were able to guide some people by appearing on their dreams, but they were not nearly enough and as time passed by people became harder to reach. Humans became lost in their greed but lost all desire, they stopped improving their technology since they didn’t really need anything better but also stoped caring for the environment since they already had the life they wanted and continued to exploit animals for food but the care those animals were receiving was so poor that they stopped producing offspring and soon became endangered species and as for planting crops they had to resort to making them on labs since their land was too damaged. The days turned into months and the months into years and soon the nNight aAngels were affected as well. Lethena the Night Angel of kindness, had turned into stone since she was no longer needed. Inka the Night Angel of forgiveness disappeared on her last mission. Kearu the Night Angel of hope is the only one still on service but has lost most of his powers. Rem can’t understand how in such a short amount of time things could change so much and before she knew it the five years had passed. Rem sat  on the ground looking at the stars and said, “The stars are the only thing that has remained the same...” Then Rem closed her eyes and heard a familiar voice that said “End of the Deal.” She opened her eyes to find Uric sitting besides her. Uric had a slight smile on his face and said, “Only humans can fix their own mistakes. Since you failed to accomplish the deal, you will stay a god for the rest of eternity.” Rem smiled and said, “I hope humans will one day understand..” The End.
