I wasn't very clear the first time, so I'll make it clear now...I am sorry if what I said made it seem as though it meant something else...After having had this brought to light, I see the error in
my thinking...However, it still bothered me that there was any doubt, when I've never expressed any interest, and had merely been looking to say that I appreciated someone who I thought
understood...This is the last piece of work for a little while: enjoy, friends.

What A Difference

What a difference,

One word can make.

One meaning it creates.

One life it can take.

What a difference,

The mind can go from a crystal clear blue,

To something hazy and muddled,

Lost without a clue.

What a difference,

One person can make.

One ‘feeling’ that is fake.

One idea to keep you awake.

What a difference,

You can see the person,

But not the thoughts.

What is meant to worsen,

What is all for naught?

What a difference,

One night can contain.

One friendship left to strain.

One writer left to drain.

What a difference,

That I didn’t see it coming,
Or was merely wrong by my word.

Even when your heart was drumming,

Your intention was still blurred.

What a difference,

One poem can make.

One meaning it creates.

Two days left to wait?

What a difference...
