The whistling of the wind,

The roaring of the sea;

The lashing of the waves;

Against the blackened rocks.

The burning rays of the sun,

The enticing light of the moon;

The silent motion of the planets;

How terrible the thick atmosphere.

The pouring down of the rain,

The falling of the heavy snow;

The breathing of everything;

Here on earth below.

The throbbing heart,

With all its thoughts-of love;

The thinking mind start;

To comprehend things above.

Oh! love, if you only knew,

How this heart aches for you.

If you were one of three in a crew,

I'd definitely know what to do.
