This one little silver ring. You told me it was to resemble a future. I wore it proudly. I would scream so loudly about how much I loved you.

This one little silver ring you said you wanted me to the end of time. You wanted me till the day you die. I never thought we would even think about saying goodbye. Was it all just a lie?

This one little silver ring. I still remember the day. All I wanted was to be with you for way more then just the day.

This one little silver ring. I wore each and everyday. Now all it does is sit in a bag.

This one little silver ring is fading away. Once silver now is pink.

This once silver ring made me see what it was like to have someone so important in your life.

This once silver ring was to resemble a future with something that came from both of us. Now all I do is sit on the bus remembering the future with those two that came from me and you.

This once silver ring although small promised a future the biggest thing of all

This once silver ring you promised would never be just another stupid high school promise. You told me as long as I had this ring you would always be there. But where are you when I need you here.
