Life enters through the nostrils,

And give a kick to the heart.

It plays a tap-tap beat on your window sills,

It makes you pretty smart.

You can throw it away,

Like a dirty old rag.

But you'll need it one day,

Like when one needs a fag.

Be wise, go through the mud,

Brush away the flies, a new life for you will bud.

Take the good along with the bad,

You'll be in a happy mood, and be glad.
