A LOVER’S CURSE

On thee I cast this spell of woe,

For all the pain you did bestow.

The bait I took, you reeled me in,

Naïve and keen, a willing victim.

Unaware of your secret double life,

I had no knowledge of your loving wife.

Or your children, trusting and so proud

Of a callous father, fundamentally flawed.

Your words of endearment, empty and false,

A heart of stone, with barely a pulse.

The eyes of your wife, they said it all,

I had been taken for the biggest fool.

So I send you a gift across cyberspace,

Delivered remotely, so watch this space.

When planets are aligned in the universe,

On a star-lit night, be very scared.

For that part of you, so well endowed

Will be rendered eternally impaired.

Your prowess consigned to the past,

Your manhood, permanently laid to rest.

You will regret the day you set eyes on me,

Revenge is sweet, so mote it be!
