I went back to the house with the vase and flowers in hand .In which they seemed as excited as I was .I was going to ask her tonight, to be my wife .I opened the door, she wasn’t there but I didn’t notice .I looked at the fridge, for there was the crippling note .She had left.On this day, of all days .You see, today was our anniversary . I looked down at the flowers and noticed they seemed as crippled as I was now.I set them down on a pillow, on the night stand next our bed. Then I set out to find her.
