-Twenty Four Hours Earlier In Elzenara, City Of The Gods-

"It seems that she's started to make her move, after all these years", whispered Zenean, as he stared out over a cliff. Another man walked up behind him and sat on the ground beside him letting his legs hang off the edge, "So it would seem", he replied. Both of them were wearing golden robes which covered them completely. "What do you see Alzar?", Zenean asked. "Can't say for sure but it looks like Esta has someone with her", Alzar replied. Zenean took a step back from the edge and pulled out what looked to be some sort of knife that had a red jewel embedded on the hilt and a black blade, "Then it seems the time has come to leave this place wouldn't you say brother", he whispered. Alzar stood up and pulled out an identical knife only with a blue jewel instead, "Yes, the time has come", he replied as he stared at the knife, "I'll miss these things but I suppose it's for the best isn't it?". "Come now brother, you're not getting sentimental over a mere knife are you?", Zenean said with a laugh, "Though I do know how you feel in a way, after all, they were the last thing Leo was able to forge for us before he had to return to his world". Alzar then handed his knife to Zenean, "I think you should be the one to do it, after all, he trusted you the most". "After all these years I still can't figure out how he knew all this was going to happen, it's absolutely incredible, to think that a mortal such as him would hold so much power and be able to see the future like that. Sometimes I wonder if he was mortal at all.", Zenean replied as he took the knife, "Now, let's head to the Bridge of Light, with these we should be able to leave this place and warn the girl of what's happening". Alzar nodded his head and they both walked into a tall golden building.

-Present Time, back in the Silver Court-

"You want me to give up my darkness?!", I yelled. Zellas nodded his head, "Though it is of course your choice though the only other option would be to fight". I didn't know what to think at first, I didn't even know something like that was possible. I stood there for a few minutes in silence thinking about what to say before answering, "I-im sorry but I can't do that", I replied hesitantly. Zellas sighed, "It is alright child, I was expecting that answer to begin with", he then smiled at me, "Would you be willing at least to join us and help defend this place, we could use your help?", he asked. "I'll gladly help you but why can't you do something about it yourself, I mean, you seem powerful enough", I replied. "We must not use our power againts others unless it is absolutely necessary, it is a promise we made to a man long ago who gave it to us when he came here from your world. Strangely this man was not of your world and had managed to find his way here from the Ever World, his name was Leo Zan", he replied with a smile, "That was a very long time ago". Zellas then turned to face the other Elders who were still sitting at the table, "As is tradition I ask that the rest of you accompany me and the Hunter Squad to the surface to oversee the coming battle, however small of a battle it may be". The other Elders nodded their heads slowly before each standing up and making their way to the exit of the courtroom. We then all made our way outside the courtoom to the lift, where a group of about ten people were waiting. They were all wearing similar outfits made of what appeared to be black leather with a hood covering their faces, with the exception of one of them, a man, who had short blond hair and dark red eyes. They all looked mean, even though you couldn't see their faces. It was obvious they were strong. "It seems you already know what's going on", Zellas said as he approached them, "We are going to need your help". "Why do you think we're standing here?", the man replied angrily. One of the people beside him, a woman, stepped forward, "You must think us weak", she said angrily as well, "You think something like this is worth our time?". The man from before then reached his arm out in front of her to silence her, "Watch it", he said to her, "You wouldn't want to make them angry", he said sarcastically, "They might, kill you". They then all began laughing silently. "Just because we can't use our powers against other living beings doesn't mean we can't use our physical strength to beat some sense into you, so I suggest you smarten up Kozan, you and everyone else on your team", Zellas replied. We then stepped onto the lift, which proceeded to rise back up to the surface. When the lift reached the top there was a single man waiting for us, dressed in all green and wearing what looked to be a cowboy hat, though green in color. It didn't look very good. "Who are you?", Zellas asked, confused. The man didn't answer, he just pointed to the left, towards the trees. "This seems awfully suspicious", I whispered to myself. The man then began walking towards the trees that he had pointed at and of course, we all followed behind him, no one saying a word. I then noticed that Marka wasn't with us, which made me feel a lot more uncomfortable, as she was the only person I really knew. "Um, where's Marka if you don't mind me asking", I whispered to Zellas who was walking just a few feet ahead of me. "She must have mentioned at some point while she was with you that her grandfather forbade her from coming to the surface anymore did she not?", he replied surprised. "Yeah now that I think of it I think she did mention something like that", I replied. Suddenly the man leading us stopped and once again pointed, though this time he was pointing to what looked to be some kind of ruins past a bunch of trees. "I suggest all of you keep your guard up, there's no telling where the enemy may be hiding", Zellas said. The man who was leading us then shook his head and pointed at me. I think it's safe to say this confused all of us. "What about her?", Zellas asked the man, who once again didn't reply but only pointed towards the ruins. "For the love of God tell us!", Kozan yelled impatiently. "I think you should go ahead of us", Zellas insisted, "We'll make sure you're safe so don't worry". Hesitantly, I made my way ahead of them towards the ruins, watching my surroundings nervously. I felt like I was being used as bait, even though I knew that wasn't the case. "Why did it have to be me?", I whispered as I continued towards the ruins. As I drew closer to them I noticed something that seemed familiar about them. Etched into the side of a stone pillar was a large symbol, which was a triangle with a large C in the middle of it. "The symbol of Crozen!", I shouted, "But how the hell could that be here?!". "You recognize that symbol?", Zellas asked surprised. "Yes! In the Ether that symbol was used to symbolize the Cult of Crozen, one which I was a part of for most my life. In fact, it wasn't until recently that I left the cult", I replied, shocked that I was able to find something like that here, in another world entirely, "But what confuses me the most is how this got here, since Crozen Bay and the cult are all named after one of the Etherian Gods, one who was banished from Ozanhi, the land of the Gods. What would the symbol people in my world use for worshipping one of OUR Gods be in THIS world, it makes no sense. Furthermore, the cult was only formed a couple hundred years ago". I stood there thinking for a few minutes, confused beyond belief. Something so small may not seem like such a big deal, but it certainly is, seeing as how our Gods didn't exist in this world and no one had been here from ours in a very long time. "Are you absolutely certain that symbol is from your world?", Zellas asked hesitantly. "One hundred percent sure", I replied confidently. "Then you leave us no choice", Zellas replied. I then turned around to see Zellas surrounded by a blue light. "You must not be allowed to live!", he shouted before shooting a bolt of lightning at me. Before it could hit me a man landed in front of me, not only stopping, but absorbing the lightning with his hand, "You need to come with me", he said angrily, "No questions, just do as I say".
