Death Stop For Me

Death Stop for me

When he saw me holding a knife with bloody wrist

And yet he didn't stop the pain from flowing

Yes, Death stop for me

When he saw me lying in my bed with white blue pills

And yet he didn't make me fall asleep

Oh Death why did you stop for me

When you saw me badly bruised on the ground

And yet you didn't stop me from breaking

You have taken many but you let me stay for many years

I grew older and older understanding love and mischief

And yet here I am, asking;

Death - Please stop for me

In order to hold her against my chest and kiss her hundred times

Then see what life might bring

Oh death please stop for me,

To see her grow and smile beaming with hope

As we play along the melancholic tune

Oh death please stop for me

For one last time

Stop for me
