I called your name and exclaimed oh yes

My heart whacked a wild chaotic mess!

Could have I dared shush, calm it down?

Oh your invading look, your sensual frown!

I saw you and my heart just skipped a beat

Once and twice and thrice, whenever did we meet!

Could have I dared slow it down and say

‘No it’s not I but you strumming a sweet gentle sway?’

I talked to you and my earth just shattered

You replied me back and I felt so flattered!

Could have I silenced and lock my tongue?

I assure it was the bee of your honey that had stung!

I walked to you and I felt blossoming to heights

My eyes could foresee some romantic highlights!

Could have I shut my eyes and go blind?

It’s your presence that races up my racy mind!

I reached to you and gazed for a long… long time

Our eyes wove in our souls the flawless rhyme!

Could have I belted our existence and forever stay?

It’s in your eyes that I drown and to get out, I find no way!

I cut down in your arms and a figure collapsed

Oh the dream of our made-up life had lapsed!

To join the broken pieces, I scurried like crazy

All the shades and hues had turned too hazy!

I fell on to ground and my head got bruised

I had had nothing but a letdown in that pursuit!

I could not dare argue I could not dare fight

My lips were silent; ‘Oh I’m insane; he was right!’

I got to that Little Sky and wondered

Someone hijacked my heart and I surrendered

To his nothingness; his nonbeing; heart of stone

In which I entered and destined to dwell alone!
