The courageous casting of their leafy lining, that has enveloped those limbs in a patchwork shining.

From the tiniest tremors of buds a bursting, in the season-like Spring they began clothing, the barren gnarled limbs that crueller climates had stolen.

Scatterings of heat-filled days now diluted and rinsed, breezing the cobbles in an array of warm tints.

Crisp entrapments of stamped sun blaze, tumbling tokens of a warm Summer haze.

Alas, the Autumn tree stands, bleak yet bold, complaining never of the shift in elements hung cold.

Natures nurture of frequent friends a flapping, gone, nests deserted in this climatic kidnapping.
