The whole walked by the stranger

Looked him in the eyes. The stranger stood still wondering.

Does he knows the Whole?

Nope, not even close. What do you want, he asked?

I am the Whole. I am the While.

While you struggle to survive, I live underneath your skin. Silent and patiently I await you.

To do what, asked again the stranger?

The Whole doesn't answer something that you already know. The Whole awaits the While.

Take yourself by the hand, hug yourself, forgive yourself. Ask yourself why I am here. Don't judge yourself. You're a young soul, looking for the While.

But you look in the wrong direction. You have lost the way, the path. Who are you, strangest creature?

Are you your body, are you your friends, are you your God?

I am nothing.

Oh, but you are wrong my soul. You are all and everything, the beginning and the end. The pain and the joy, the rain and the sun.

While you're looking for them outside, you forget. You are inside. Take a look.

The Whole it's here, While you are there.

The Whole closed the eyes of the stranger and took every breath of him.

Up in the sky, the soul returns.

Down on Earth, the body remains.

While the soul drinks life, the body looses the path.

And so the Whole and the While became You.
