Alone in the day; or is it night?

The ethereal glow muddles my sight

Trotting so lightly; or am I afloat?

The whim of my talents is nothing to gloat

Alone in the world; or is it a plain?

Either would please me just the same

For I am a girl; No, I’m a woman!

My strength and my power is considered wanton

I shall flex my power; nay, demonstrate my might

By using my words to set everything right

I shall explain my plan; or tell it to you at least

Whether you comprehend it is a different beast

Call me a woman; or slander me a witch

Without me, this world would be an unraveled stitch.
