A lone writer sits atop a massive tower, contemplating on the events that are about to unfold. As the armies gather below, the writer wishes to finish their work until the hour reaches twilight.
The end has come for the people of Erahna. Their God has abandoned them, the land beneath their feet quakes and cracks with every step, the skies above them turn red with the hellfire spewing in
the North.

And yet, before the end of all things finally arrives, the writer wishes to have the whole story preserved. Let the survivors know of their sacrifices. Their mistakes, their hopes and their dreams.
Let their deeds never be forgotten.

A dragon's roar echoes across the night sky. The hour is almost upon them. The writer takes up the quil and begins their journey into the past...

"Rise of the Red Sabers" is the first volume in the Guardian Knights Saga. Along with the book, I have also created a map of the realm of Erahna, which can be found at the following link
