Not enough food and I have arrived,

Feeling so empty and very deprived.

I’m feeling woozy; keep your mouth shut,

No food in my stomach; I’m sick to my gut.

“The perfect figure”; obsessed to lose weight,

Counting my carbs and all that I ate.

These jeans are too tight but I’m dying to taste,

Don’t think about food just measure your waist!

But I cannot do it! Just look at this face,

The treadmill at last will speed up my pace.

I must not give in; these thoughts I must beat,

But I’m feeling deprived with the little I eat.
