Just a short poem about my past relationship and how I can't get over it. Basically drunken me having enough confidence to write. Also...listening to Halsey and G-Easy.

I look into your eyes

and all I see is lust

but that's okay

it's all I want anyway.

Because when you're there in front of me,

all I see is him.

And when you talk there in front of me,

all I hear is him.

It's sad really,

but I take everything with a grin,

and it might be a sin

but fuck it... it's worth it if in the end I am with him.

I kiss you, I taste you

try to feel your skin...

but in the end,

all I want is him.

Because when you're there in front of me,

all I see is him.

And when you talk there in front of me,

all I hear is him.

I am just so tired.

You have all of me

and I can't even tell you that,

because all I want is for my feelings to be gone.

I put all that distance between you and me.

But in the end,

you are just like a drug

and inevitably

I will be back in your grip.

Because all I want

is you there in front of me

and all I need

is you talking there in front of me.
